Nuevo reto #BundtBakers
Este es mi primer mes con un grupo de amantes de los Bundt Cakes.
Que es Bundt Bakers? Es un grupo que se reúnen una vez al mes para hornear Bundts cakes con un ingrediente común o un tema elegido, que nos dice la anfitriona. Puede ver toda nuestros fantásticos Bundts siguiendo nuestro Pinterest también se actualizan después de cada evento en la página principal BundtBaker.
Este mes Tux de brooklyn homemaker nos propuso el tema de las cosechas de finales de verano y principio de otoño, como las manzanas, membrillos y peras, calabazas, calabaza de invierno, los arándanos, verduras de raíz, higos, etc. Gracias Tux, por una idea estupenda.

Este mes Tux de brooklyn homemaker nos propuso el tema de las cosechas de finales de verano y principio de otoño, como las manzanas, membrillos y peras, calabazas, calabaza de invierno, los arándanos, verduras de raíz, higos, etc. Gracias Tux, por una idea estupenda.
Para mí, el final del verano trae las mejores manzanas, así que decidí hacer el puré de manzana, y con este applesauce este deliciosos Applesauce Spice Bundt Cake, super húmedo, aguanta super bien varios días.
Échale un vistazo a lo que el resto de los #BundtBakers cuece este mes:
Ingredientes
300 gramos de azúcar
1 taza y media de applesauce
1 taza de aceite de repostería
3 huevos L
2 tsp extracto vainilla
300 gramos de harina
1 tsp bicarbonato
3/4 tsp polvo de hornear
1 tsp canela molida
1/2 tsp de nuez moscada molida
1/4 tsp allspice (son un grupo de especias para bizcochos )
1 taza nueces picadas
azúcar glas para decorar
Encender el horno a 180ºC.
Engrasar cuidadosamente nuestro molde y llevarlo al congelador, hasta el momento de usar.
Como usaremos aceite no necesitamos mucha preparación previa.
En un bowls grande mezclar el azúcar, el applesauce, aceite, huevos y la vainilla.
En otro mezclar la harina con todas las especies. Incorporar a la preparación anterior. Agregarle las nueces, colocar la preparación en el molde y hornear por 45 minutos o hasta que esté cocida. Dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla por 10 minutos y desmoldar.
Luego dejar enfriar completamente antes de espolvorear con azúcar glas.
Según mis hijos la casa huele a Navidad :)
Este bundt cake es parecido al que hice aquí, pero la manzana aquí va cocida y es con aceite, lo que hace que quede más jugoso por más tiempo.

This month the theme that Tux de brooklyn homemaker put is the traditionally harvested in late summer or fall, or remind you of fall, like apples, quince and pears, pumpkins, winter squash, cranberries, root veggies, figs, etc. Thanks Tux for so great idea.
For me the late summer bring the best apples, so I decided to make applesauce, and with this I prepared Applesauce Spice Bundt Cake. :)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups applesauce
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
sifted confectioners' sugar or vanilla glaze
Preheat oven at 350º F.
Grease your bundt pan and put it into the freezer.
In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg until well blended. Stir in chopped walnuts or pecans.
Pour batter into prepared bundt pan Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake for 10 minutes in pan on rack. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
According to my sons home smells like Christmas :)
I have done another similar bundt cake with apples here, but the are apples in the other ones are fresh and I have used butter instead of oil.
