Capa vainilla
60g mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
1 huevo
90g harina tamizada
1/2 tsp extracto de vainilla
1/2 tsp polvo de hornear
75g crema agria, si no tenemos, usar creme fraiche
Capa de Caramelo
60g mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
1 huevo
80g harina tamizada
2 tbsp de salsa de caramelo
1/2 tsp polvo de hornear
60g crema agria, si no tenemos, usar creme fraiche
Capa de Chocolate
60g mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
90g azúcar moreno
1 huevo
80g harina tamizada
10g cacao en polvo tamizado
25g chocolate derretido
1/2 tsp polvo de hornear
75g crema agria, si no tenemos, usar creme fraiche

This month the theme that Lauren Everson from Sew you think you can cook put is Caramel. Thanks Lauren for so sweet ingredient :)
Ingredients
Vainilla layer
60g unsalted butter room temperature
1 egg
90g all purpose flour sifted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
75g sour cream
Caramel layer
60g unsalted butter room temperature
90g light brown sugar
1 egg
80g all purpose flour sifted
2 Tbsp caramel sauce
1/2 tsp baking powder
60g sour cream
Chocolate layer
60g unsalted butter room temperature
90g light brown sugar
1 egg
80g all purpose flour sifted
10g cocoa powder sifted
25g chocolate melted
1/2 tsp baking powder
75g sour cream
To finish, Caramel sauce
Instructions
Lightly grease the bundt pan, dust with flour or use the spray.
Preheat oven to 350F.
We are going to prepare the mix for each layer separately.
In a medium bowl, with a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar for the vainilla layer until pale and fluffy.
Add the egg to the bowl, and beat until well combined. Fold the half of the flour gently into the mixture, add half of the sour cream, gently mix again. Add the remainder of the flour, mix, and finish with the sour cream and the vainilla extract.
Do the same things with the other two layers, so we are going to have 3 different flavors in 3 different bowls.
Using a table spoon, spread a layer of the vanilla mix across the bottom of the pan, then a layer of caramel, then a chocolate layer. Repeat until all the mix is layered.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown or a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
When cooled, drizzle over the warmed caramel sauce
